1. Before digging, the bucket mouth and outriggers of the loading bucket should be fixed to the ground, so that the front and rear wheels are slightly off the ground, and the level of the fuselage should be maintained to improve the stability of the machine. Before digging, the loading bucket should be overturned to make the mouth of the bucket face the ground, and make the front wheel slightly leave the ground, step on and lock the brake pedal, and then extend the leg to make the rear wheel leave the ground and keep the horizontal position.
2. If the boom is suddenly braked in the middle of the descent, the impact force caused by its inertia will damage the excavation device and can destroy the stability of the machine and cause a rollover accident. During operation, the operating handle shall be stable and shall not move sharply; the boom shall not be braked midway when descending. Do not use high gear while digging. The rotation shall be smooth and shall not impact and be used to smash the sides of the trench. The buffer block at the rear end of the boom shall be kept intact; if damaged, it shall be repaired before use. When shifting, the excavating device shall be in the intermediate transport state, the legs shall be retracted, and the lifting arm shall be lifted before it can be carried out.
3. Before loading, the slewing mechanism of the excavation device should be placed in the middle position and fixed with a pull plate. Low gear should be used during loading. The floating position of the valve shall not be used when the bucket lift arm is being lifted. The distribution valve of the hydraulic control system is divided into the front four valves and the rear four valves. The front four valves control legs, lifting arms and loading buckets, etc., for leg expansion and loading operations; the rear four valves operate buckets, slewing, Boom and bucket handle, etc., for slewing and digging operations. The dynamic performance of the machine and the capacity of the hydraulic system do not allow and cannot carry out loading and excavation operations at the same time.
4. When the front four valves are working, the rear four valves shall not work at the same time. In driving or operation, except for the cab, the backhoe loader is strictly prohibited from riding or standing anywhere.
5. The general backhoe loader system uses a wheeled tractor as the main engine, and the front and rear loading and digging devices are installed to increase the length and weight of the machine. Therefore, avoid high-speed or sharp turns during driving to prevent accidents. Do not coast downhill in neutral. When the hydraulic piston rod of the bucket and the bucket handle maintain the fully extended position, the bucket can be close to the boom, and the digging device is in a short state, which is conducive to driving. When driving, the outrigger should be fully retracted, the excavation device should be firmly fixed, the loading device should be lowered, and the hydraulic piston rod of the bucket and the handle should be kept in the fully extended position.
6. After the wheeled tractor is converted into a backhoe loader, the weight of the machine increases a lot. In order to reduce the damage of the tire under heavy load, the measures of leaving the ground are taken when parking. When the parking time exceeds, the legs should be supported to keep the rear wheels off the ground; when the parking time exceeds, the rear wheels should be off the ground and supported by pads under the rear suspension.
