2. Generally, the larger digging force of the backhoe loader is lower than that of the single bucket excavator. Therefore, it can only excavate the soil of the second class and below, and it is not suitable to excavate the soil of the third class and above.
3. 4. 11. The distribution valve of the hydraulic control system is divided into the front four valves and the rear four valves. The front four control legs, lifting arms and loading buckets are used for leg expansion and loading operations. The rear four valves operate the bucket, swing, boom and bucket handle for swing and excavation operations. The dynamic performance of the machine and the capacity of the hydraulic system do not allow and cannot carry out loading and excavation operations at the same time. In the first four valves work. 12. In driving or operation, except for the cab, the backhoe loader is strictly prohibited from riding or standing anywhere.
13. The general backhoe loader system uses wheeled tractors as the main engine, and the front and rear loading and digging devices are installed respectively, which increases the length and weight of the machine by more than 60%. Therefore, avoid high-speed or sharp turns during driving to prevent accidents. Do not coast downhill in neutral.
14. 15. After the wheeled tractor is converted into a backhoe loader, the weight of the machine increases a lot. In order to reduce the damage of tires under heavy load, the measures of leaving the ground are taken when parking. When the parking time exceeds lh, the outrigger should be supported to keep the rear wheel off the ground. When the parking time exceeds d 1d, the rear wheel should be off the ground. It shall be supported by pads under the rear suspension.
