Xinlei brand ZWY-80/80TF tire scraper type excavator loader (common name: slag picker) is a kind of high-efficiency mining equipment for continuous loading operation, which is suitable for small roadways with a working section of 2.3 × 2.3 meters or more. Mainly used for iron ore, copper ore, gold ore, silver ore, lead and zinc and other metal mines and phosphate ore, coal mine and other non-metallic mines and hydropower station diversion tunnel, tunnel engineering inclined shaft roadway excavation, loading operations. This machine excavates, transports and directly loads all kinds of ore, mineral materials, sludge or stone soil under blasting into tramcar, transportation machinery and other transfer equipment. Key features:
◆ Tire scraper type excavator loader (slag skimmer) has the functions of hydraulic walking, mining collection, transportation, loading and so on. It is mainly composed of electric motor, hydraulic system, excavating manipulator, walking device, conveying discharge chute and electrical control system.
◆ The hydraulic system of the whole vehicle is powered by two 15KW electric motors to drive the gear oil pump, and the hydraulic system-hydraulic motor, hydraulic cylinder and other executive components are controlled through the multi-way valve control handle, so as to complete various operations such as excavation, transportation, and walking.
◆ The hydraulic walking mechanism drives the wheels to rotate through a hydraulic motor and a transfer case, and adopts four-wheel drive with strong horsepower.
◆ The conveying and discharging chute is controlled by a hydraulic cylinder. When the front part of the conveying chute is lowered, the front wheel can be supported, the aggregate port is in closer contact with the ore, and the operation is more stable. The scraper conveying structure is adopted, and the transmission sprocket is driven by a hydraulic motor.
